INTRO TO POLE

4 Week Series

Level: Absolute Beginners 

 

Focus: Pole foundations, strength-building, and beginner choreography

 

New to pole? This 4-week series is the perfect launchpad into your pole journey. Designed for absolute beginners, this progressive course focuses on foundational skills including basic spins, grips, transitions, floorwork, and strengthbuilding exercises. Each week builds on the last, helping you gain confidence, coordination, and control. By the final class, you’ll combine everything you’ve learned into a short, empowering routine. No experience needed—just show up ready to move, learn, and have fun!

POLE LEVEL 2

Level 2 – Invert Foundations

​

Progress into inversions and stronger aerial control as you move beyond the basics. Invert Prep & Technique This class focuses on foundational inversions such as choppers, straddle preps, leg hangs, and jasmine. You’ll build the strength and technique for safe, clean inversions, while incorporating them into beginner combos.

HEELS

Level: All Levels

Step into your power—literally. This confidence-building class is all about mastering the art of dancing in heels. You’ll work on conditioning, warm-ups tailored for heels, edgework, dynamic tricks, and that iconic heel clack. Whether you’re brand new or looking to refine your skills. Heels are required

FLOOR WORK & Transitions

Level: All Levels

No pole? No problem. This sultry, grounded movement class is all about owning the floor. The first half focuses on building a library of floorwork skills; the second half puts it all together in a slinky, low-flow combo. Be ready to slide, slink, and strut with intention. Knee pads required. Heels are optional but recommended.

SPIN LAB

Level: Intermediate

 

Focus: Spin momentum, fluid transitions, and expressive combos.

​

This dynamic class is designed for polers ready to deepen their spin technique and bring artistry to the forefront. You’ll learn how to control spin momentum, link intermediate to advanced tricks, and flow through aerial transitions with intention and grace. Choreography-based combos will challenge your endurance, refine your lines, and elevate your performance quality. Perfect for those confident on spin pole and looking to move with more power, control, and expression.

POLE LEVEL 3

Level 3 – Aerial Strength & Flow

Start linking skills into fluid sequences and develop aerial stamina. Aerial Inverts & Combos Explore aerial entries into tricks like butterfly, extended leg hangs, and aerial transitions. You’ll work on inverting midair and combining tricks into smooth, flowing combos.

LOLLIPOP LYRA 0/1

Level: All Levels

Step into the world of lollipop lyra — the perfect blend of pole and aerial hoop! This beginner-friendly class will introduce you to safe mounts, basic spins, poses, and transitions between the pole and hoop. You’ll build foundational strength, flexibility, and confidence while exploring fun shapes and fluid movement. No aerial experience needed — just bring your curiosity and a willingness to try something new!

POLE LEVEL 1

 Level 1 – Climb & Control

 

Start building your pole foundation with strength, control, and confidence. Climb & Sit Series Master essential beginner techniques like pole climbs, pole sits, fan kicks, and knee holds. This class also introduces fluid floor-to-pole transitions while building the endurance and grip strength needed for aerial movement.

Exotic Pole

Level: All Levels

Tap into your sensual side in this strip club–inspired choreography class that blends guided movement with freestyle expression. You’ll explore fluid transitions, floorwork, and powerful shapes that leave you feeling bold, confident, and in control. Heels and knee pads are encouraged but not required.

LOLLIPOP LYRA 2/3

Level: Intermediate - Advance

Ready to take your lollipop lyra skills to new heights? This mixed-level intermediate/advanced class blends the strength and flow of pole with the grace and control of aerial hoop. Students will work on seamless mounts, spins, transitions, and dynamic combos that move between the pole and hoop. Expect to explore aerial inverts, fluid pathways, and creative shapes while building strength, flexibility, and confidence.
